Shipping Policy

We value each customer at ZoneCheap. Our highest priority is to ensure the fastest delivery of goods to our customers. Typically, you will receive your order within 7-12 business days from the date of placement.

We ship our orders from Monday to Friday during business hours. We ship to addresses in the United States. For our locally shipped orders, we use the services of UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

If your address can only be delivered through FedEx or UPS, please let us know after placing your order, as most of our orders will be delivered through USPS.

PROCESSING TIME

Order processing usually takes 1-4 business days. Please note that holidays and weekends are not included in the processing time. If the products you ordered are prepared within 24 hours, we can ship them within one day. Made-to-order items, large orders, and custom orders have a standard processing time of 4-10 business days. After placing and checking the order, we will inform you of the correct fulfillment timeframe.

Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays. We are not responsible for delivery delays that occur when the customer officially changes the address and requests the shipment or discontinuation of postal services at their post office. EXPEDITED SHIPPING

ORDER TRACKING

You can track your order 24-48 hours after it is shipped. We offer a tracking link that retrieves information from all carriers involved in delivering your shipment. You can also track your order on the website of the specific logistics service provider.

Return Policy
